REGULAR GROOMING PROGRAMME
Regular grooming of pets is extremely essential for their overall being. Grooming is a necessity and NOT a luxury.

Grooming of your pets regularly means checking of any lumps and bumps by the groomers, regular nail trimming, ear cleaning with specialized solution and so much more.
Regular grooming for pets with longer hair also reduces the matting of the coat, which can be dangerous to their health.
With a regular grooming program you will be able to qualify for the following.
- Set pricing for a specific period (normally around 6 months at a time).
- You are exempt from any price increases we might have.
- Regular appointment will be made on our Customer Management system, every 2/3/4 weeks. A reminder will be sent 2 days prior to the appointment.
- You will be able to plan your diary more efficiently as you will know exactly which day we will be coming to you.
- You will still qualify for any specials that we frequently advertise to our customers.
- You are guaranteed a slot even if we are fully booked.

PACKAGES
Standard Package
Paws Gone Wild Grooming standard package includes:
- Brush through hair to remove any loose & tangled hair, debris etc.
- Top quality shampoo will be used to wash your pet as well as warm conditioning treatment
- Massage the pets skin to feel for any lumps, skin irregularities or any other conditions. Feedback will be given to clients if groomers pick up any issues
- Towel dry to remove all excess water
- Blow dry with a speed adjustable dryer specifically made for pets
- Brush out coat with specialized brushes depending on the pets coat
- Cut nails if necessary
- Clean eyes
- Clean Ears
- Perfumed spritz to make them smell extra fresh and clean
- Hair or scarf accessory to make them look extremely stylish
- Anal secretion if necessary
Deluxe Upgrade Package
Paws Gone Wild Grooming Deluxe Upgrade package Includes the Standard Package as well as:
- Cut/style as well as shaving/stripping of hair to the owners specifications
- If a full scissor cut is required then there will be an extra charge
- Customer to choose a style for the cutting & grooming
- Sanitary snip – to help you fur-baby go to the bathroom in a more hygienic manner
Extras
Shedding Solution – from R50 to R100 depending on pet breed and coat
Specialized equipment is used to remove around 70% of excess shedding hair that normal grooming would not, so it does not end up all over your house. This is commonly used for breeds with double coats such as the Husky and Labrador.
Teeth brushing – R20
We will use a disinfected specialized pet toothbrush and pet toothpaste/gel. Gel is particularly effective to use on cats.
Tick and flea treatment – R30
Specialized tick and flea dip that is used to remove current ticks/fleas/flies. Please make sure you wash all pet bedding as to prevent cross contamination after the groom.
Tick and flea shampoo for cats – R50
Specialized tick & flea shampoo that is safe to use on cats.
De Worming Tablet – R60
1 tablet covers 10 kilograms of pets weight. Larger breeds will require more than 1 tablet depending on the weight of the pet. Recommended to be done every 8 to 12 weeks.
Matted pets – extra charges will apply to extremely matted pets
Pets that are extremely matted require extra time and care, especially if they have not been groomed in a while. We have prescribed times for grooming, if we have to spend extra time to groom/shave etc. additional charges will be incurred.
Please remember that nail cutting, ear cleaning, eye cleaning and anal secretion is part of the Standard and Deluxe Upgrade packages, however if you have additional pets that you would like to just receive those treatments without the physical groom the below charges will apply.
- Nail cutting – R100
- Anal Secretion (If your pet is licking their behinds or scooting on the floor, they may be suffering from blocked anal glands. You may have also noticed a pungent smell) – R100
- Ear and eye cleaning – R50
