PAYMENTS

We require payment to reflect in our banking account 24 hours before the groom, alternatively you can pay our groomers via card or cash on the day.

Groomers unfortunately cannot leave your premises without payment
POP should be WhatsApped through to us
Cancellations/movements should be made 24 hours prior the appointment otherwise a cancellation fee will apply, we cannot replace appointments on such short notice
No e wallets or similar transactions are accepted
Immediate EFT’s to be done – monies need to reflect in our account
